Naan Tikka Flatbreads

A quick & tasty meal for all the family.

Ingredients

 2 Naan breads
 1 tbsp Tikka masala curry paste
 100 ml Yoghurt or vegan alternative
 1 Handful of chopped mint
 1 Medium sized onion (halved and freshly sliced)
 125 ml Boiling water
 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
 1 Green chilli (chopped and deseeded)
Relish
 ¼ Cucumber
 3 Medium sized tomatoes (deseeded and chopped)
 2 Spring Onions (finely chopped)
 Juice of a lime
 Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Method

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Put naan breads on a baking tray, sprinkle with a little water warm then place in the oven for 3-5 mins to warm up.

Meanwhile, put the Naked Glory Tikka Tenderstrips in a frying pan with the tikka masala paste, gentle toss together and fry as per packet instructions.

Put red onion in a bowl, cover with boiling water and leave for 1 min. Drain, add vinegar and mix.

Assemble Naked Glory Tikka Tenderstrips on top of the naan, with the yoghurt and mint underneath, red onion on top, garnish with green chilli.

Mix together all the relish ingredients and serve on the side.
