Beef Stir Fry
This easy beef stir-fry is perfect for feeding family and friends for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Groundnut or Sunflower Oil
1 Clove of Garlice(crushed)
3 cm Ginger(grated)
1 tsp Ground Corriander
1 Bunch of Spring Onions(sliced diagonally)
2 Red Peppers(thinly sliced)
200 g Egg or Rice Noodles(precooked)
To Garnish
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Method

Put the Naked Glory No-Beef Strips into a bowl with the soy sauce and leave to marinade for 20 minutes.

Heat up a small wok over a medium heat and add 1 tbsp oil. Add the garlic, ginger and ground coriander and fry gently for 1 min.

Tip in the beef, soy sauce and spring onions and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Then add the red pepper, noodles and sesame seeds, mix well, garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
