Beef Creole Wraps
These tasty beef wraps will spice up dinner time!
Heat the oil in a saucepan then add the celery, pepper, chilli and garlic. Fry gently until softened, then add oregano and chopped tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes. Add the Taste & Glory No-Beef Strips and cook for another 4 minutes.
Cook the rice in the stock for 10 minutes. While the rice is boiling, gently fry the celery, onion and pepper. Add to rice along with the Cajun seasoning, then continue to cook until the rice is soft, following packet instructions.
Spoon some rice into the wrap, then top with the creole beef, a little squeeze of lime, and a few parsley leaves. Roll up and devour.
