Beef bagel with tomato and pickles

3 Taste & Glory No-Beef Slices
1 Wholegrain or seeded bagel
1 tbsp Mayonnaise or vegan alternative
A couple of leaves red oak leaf lettuce (or any other lettuce you like!)
1 Large tomato (sliced)
12 Slices pickled cucumber/gherkin (halved)
A little creamed horseradish
Salt and pepper
Slice your bagel open. Spread the mayonnaise on the base.
Put a layer of lettuce next, then the slices of beef.
Top with tomato slices and a sprinkling of salt and pepper, the pickled cucumber or gherkin and a dollop of creamed horseradish.
Add the second half of the bagel and serve.
