Beef bagel with tomato and pickles

Slice your bagel open. Spread the mayonnaise on the base.
Put a layer of lettuce next, then the slices of beef.
Top with tomato slices and a sprinkling of salt and pepper, the pickled cucumber or gherkin and a dollop of creamed horseradish.
Add the second half of the bagel and serve.
